I will take my business elsewhere, but I do hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. People’s lives may very well be at stake.

The only reason we go there is because we have terrible insurance. We don’t have other options. Wait times are bad. Billing make mistakes with every visit. Communication is terrible. Therapists are rushed and distracted. But worst of all, many times a therapist refers us to someone different saying they are not a good fit.

I’ve been leaving messages for weeks, and haven’t heard back from anyone. This seems like a dangerous system for a business designed to handle clients who may be desperate for help, suicidal or are in situations that need immediate attention. Asking for help can be difficult enough without the added task of hounding down someone to give you an appointment.

Worst group ever. Poor communication and very deceptive regarding their business practices. Patrica Jackson is fantastic, to bad she is surrounded by incompetent fools.

I originally gave this place 3 stars, but had to change it after some more time dealing with them. Dr. Nick was one of the most amazing doctor's I've ever spoken with, and it's really unfortunate because the office staff is so incompetent. Their don't-answer-the-phone policy made setting up the initial appointment quite the hassle. And yes, that's their actual policy. But instead of telling you that, you just play phone tag for weeks wondering why you can never get through. Then for the follow up appointment, they told me the wrong time. They even wrote it on the appointment card and everything. So when the reminder email came and it was for 45 minutes earlier (which I was unable to make... some of us work), I ended up having to reschedule. They put me on hold for 15 minutes, which is ridiculous if all you're trying to do is reschedule. Eventually, after hanging up and calling back TWICE, I got the appointment moved to the following week. Well, the day of the new appointment rolls around, and I never got a reminder email. So I called to confirm and they told me they don't have me scheduled AT ALL. Cue epic break-down in my car because all I wanted was some gosh darned help and I thought I'd finally be able to get it but dealing with these people has just been a complete circus. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My son is still waiting on his medication after billing issues arose, since they moved to Acton, Ma. Very stressful when you have nowhere to go. I guess he will have to suffer, until we pay the collector they sent the wrongfully charged bill that was never resolved.
