I never spoke to one single person, EVER. I was referred to them by my healthcare advocate and was told I needed to call and have an intake interview. I made many calls and left several messages trying to begin the process. But NEVER got a phone call in return. Not even to say 'thanks but no thanks' or more professionally "despite what you may have been told, our office is not taking on any new patients". I'm hoping that must have been the case as a cause for such negligence and unprofessionalism. I'd hate to think of what their current patients go through when needing to see someone (urgently) in the office. They are not the only game in town. A couple of weeks later, as I was quite discouraged, but was able to easily sign on with another independent and extremely compassionate and AVAILABLE practitioner. However if anyone were to ask me in my profession(healthcare) if this a trusting place to go, I'd have to tell them my experience and to stay clear if you really need help because they are not going to answer. :(

I have been going to boundaries for over a year. I love my therapist Sara, and my med Dr. Shapiro. It is the best experience I have ever had with therapy.

A bit of a quirky place and hard to get through the screening process to see a doctor. The infrastructure needs work. Phone system is very poor and there have been several times when the receptionist has not paged my Dr and I've lost 15 to 20 minutes of my appointment. However, there are some good doctors here so once you get all set, you can get some good treatment.

We saw Dr. Deepika Shaligram and it was one of the worst experiences with a doctor that I have even had. She constantly cut me off mid sentence with, "yes, I hear you", without even listening to my complete thought. This happened during the entire visit, as well as the entire next visit! She rushed through one appointment cutting it short to 15 minutes. (She charged me the full $150, however). Also, false advertising is on the website. The website says Harvard educated, but she did not receive her degree there. Would recommend people make an appointment elsewhere.
