It’s absolutely scary how bad this place
This used to be a Friendlys that was known for pretty poor service. But then it turned into a Johnny Rockets. Never fear though, the poor service remains. Sometimes it's downright unpleasant. The food is a bit mediocre as well and depending on the day you'll get it quickly or have to wait about 25 minutes or so... You'll finish your fries and drinks before the burger even gets there.
Love the 50s atmosphere, great milk shakes. Rest of menu is good for pub fare.
Entered restaurant wasn’t greeted or seated finally asked a worker if we seat our selves she said sit anywhere. I went and found us some menus. After waiting 15 minutes a guy comes over and gets our order. ( the restaurant was empty besides a small group at to go and 3 people at counter 5 workers on ) 10 minutes later our burgers and tenders came out. No sauce which was ordered I had to go to counter to get it. No apology. 4 of our 5 milkshakes came out 10 minutes later that. Our burgers were gone. I had to go to counter and get 5th one. No apology. 10 minutes later our fries came out.
We have ate at Johnny Rockets so many times and enough to know that our drinks and starters should have come out first. We should have gotten a smiley ketchup in a bowl. Then got our meal!!!!! And we also should have gotten a greeting and someone at some point should have thanked us. We got none of that. It was the worst service and dining experience we have ever had. Luckily we don’t live there but we will never visit there again if we were in the area. We paid $60 for a completely backwards meal with no friendly service!!!!!
All in all, not so great and definitely not worth the money - there are better burger spots even in the metro-West.
Um tried to come and eat 11:41 now place says open 11-9 ... Not a person in there door locked and no one answering phone lol... Wow great way to get customers
was. We bought two burgers, some drinks, 1 chili dog, 1 hotdog. Simple enough to make right? Well, somehow they couldn’t do it. They failed at it terribly. The two burgers came in being extremely small, and at the cost of 8 dollars, came out very bland, and didn’t come with any sides whatsoever for an EIGHT dollar burger! It’s as if they were simply slapped together and left in the kitchen for a day before being handed to us. The French fries had HAIR on it, and the plate placed under it was very obviously not washed. The cups weren’t washed well either, and the hotdog was bland, and the chili dog was so soggy to the point where we couldn’t eat it. At the end of all this, we were charged more than FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS for food that had noticeably worse quality than McDonald’s would have. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE GUYS BY NOT COMING HERE. THEY PROVIDE TERRIBLE QUALITY FOOD FOR THE PRICE, AND THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN MULTIPLE SITUATIONS. In the end, they charge you 55 dollars for this. Please DO NOT come here, everything was expensive and bad.
