I can't say enough great things about Steve Poulin and his staff at Connections Physical Therapy in Acton. Steve, Katie, Jen, and everyone at Connections Acton have been a pleasure to work with. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, kind, careful, and really listens. He worked with me for over year to recover from major rotator cuff surgery. He was gentle and encouraging through a very long and and slow rehab. He always makes you laugh & smile, even when you think you'll never get better. I put my complete trust in him and it paid off. I am now back to working out, lifting weights and doing almost everything I want to. Steve also worked with my husband to fully recover from a total Achilles rupture. Both of us highly recommend Steve and all the folks at Connections Acton. They will take the best care of you!

I would highly recommend Connections. Each therapist listens carefully to your problem and designs a program specfic to your needs. Some physical therapy places have you work with an assistant but at Connections, you always work one on one with highly qualified and experienced therapists.

I have been a patient of Connections Physical Therapy for help with chronic knee issues and sciatica. Steve has used ultrasound and dry needle therapy in addition to strengthening and stretching exercises to get me back exercising pain free. Steve and the staff have been excellent with flexibility for appointments - early morning and mid-afternoon appointments. I'd highly recommend them for PT services.

Wow...what a nice experience. I had the pleasure of working with Katy at Acton's Connections PT for my rehab. I had acute achilles tendonitis. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and importantly I had 100% of her attention. At Acton Connections PT, they work 1x1 with their patients, unlike some places where the therapist has multiple patients at the same time. This 1x1 focus makes a difference. Great job!

I started with significant sciatica pain in late 2016. Through a combination of therapies starting twice weekly and gradually tapering to weekly and biweekly, they got me back to my old pain-free self! Their staff is highly knowledgeable and each one has a different set of skills that combine to a wonderful experience. If I ever need physical therapy again, I would absolutely go back!
