I have been with this company for over 10 years and they promised to review my policies before renewing this year but they did not. We received an enormous auto insurance bill. I am shopping for a new agent. I've never received good customer service from this agency.
fantastic customer service & very helpful -- I came to them looking for a way to lower my car insurance rates & they were able to find me a price that was $2k/year lower than what I'd been paying. their communication is top-notch & are great at answering any questions you may have.
I have been insured by Gallant and specifically Ms. Berkowitz for over 15 years. Service and value have been great. We recently had a claim and it was handled quickly and efficiently. My account is kept up to date with the carriers that ar emost economical and appropriate to our business. I highly reccomend Gallant.
