Second, the staff was excellent - they are both friendly and efficient. I got the feeling they take my eye care more seriously than I do, which put me at ease by the time I left. I got a call about the time my new glasses were due to let me know the lab had made a mistake, but they will keep me informed. I was very happy to get that call, I always want to know the truth, not some faked or evaded half-truth.
First of all, Dr. Mui was awesome in examining my eyes and creating a new prescription for me. She was able to show me that I could have glasses that would work for me without having to be taking them off and putting them on all day long.

I was very happy with the service I received in Acton. I have both VSP insurance and BCBS, which saved me a lot off of the retail price. I worked with Sean to get a pair of progressive eyeglasses. I told him that I had a pair of progressives in the past but they never fit right and I was not able to use them. Sean took a lot of time with me and measured the fit and exact placement of the lens. I've had the new glasses for about a month and I use them all the time. They are a perfect fit and help me see both normally and for reading.
I prefer to see her in Acton because of where I live, but I have gone to Lancaster when necessary. I really appreciate and thank her for the care she has given me.
I have been seen by Dr. Kluge for the past few years. She has always explained everything to me about my eye condition - that I have dry eyes, Drusen, and cataracts. She has prescribed medications for my dry eyes, an ongoing condition. She has monitored my Drusen, cataracts, and peripheral vision.
D'Ambrosio eye care really stands out as one of the best eye care offices I've ever been to. After 5+ years as a patient here, I have always had excellent service from all the staff. When calling for appointments, or insurance questions, the front desk staff are extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Dr. Erickson also stands out as a very personable and professional doctor that truly cares about eye health and his patients well being.
