This is the best place- the facility was clean, the car was perfect (clean and new) no pressure, no upgrade, no minimum number of days. Just nice service and a nice car rental which is just what you want.
Never noticed that there are instructions that say I had to fold pads. My bad. At the time, the guy told me that I didn't have to put the pads in the bags, so I figured that I could just throw them in the truck. But $25 for a 5-minute task (12 pads) is excessive to me. What bothers me is the fact that after I returned the truck they sent me a bill with one dollar amount even though they charged $25 extra and only after my inquiry 10 days later they sent me the bill with the correct dollar amount.
The staff was very friendly, service was quick and the price was as advertised. The rental was also very nice
