I was not completely satisfied with my experience. This was the first time I used a service to submit my taxes. The reason I wanted to use a service was that my company was sold, and my earnings were significantly different than in the past. I also wanted the piece of mind of having a CPA complete my return and being able to answer any questions that I would have. The reason for my dissatisfaction was that I found the CPA's not well versed with the complexity of my situation, and I was charged an extra fee for them to do research. In the end, their research was not helpful or correct, and I ended up doing all the research and finding the correct information myself. I think they are fine for standard cookie-cutter returns.
